Welcome to Sukhada Farms. By using our website, mobile applications, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing, ordering, or participating in our programs.

Services Provided

  1. Sukhada Farms delivers fresh, traceable, and ethically sourced milk directly from farms to your home.
  2. We also operate referral and loyalty programs, breed traceability reports, and community services such as milk stalls and testing centers where applicable.
  3. Services are available only in locations where Sukhada Farms operates. Delivery coverage may change without prior notice.

User Accounts

  1. You must create an account on our app or website to access services.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) for order fulfillment and traceability.
  4. Sukhada Farms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

Orders, Delivery & Payment

  1. Orders are processed based on subscription plans or one-time purchase options available in the app.
  2. Delivery timelines depend on location, weather, and operational constraints. Delays will be communicated where possible.
  3. Payments must be made through approved methods (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.). Subscription orders require advance payment.
  4. All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as displayed in the app at checkout).
  5. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or restricted access to delivery location, Sukhada Farms is not liable for replacement or refund.

Product Quality & Traceability

  1. Every milk bottle is batch-tagged for quality control and transparency.
  2. Breed health checks and milk quality tests are conducted regularly as part of our Farm-to-Home process.
  3. Customers may access test reports and breed details via the app.
  4. In case of quality concerns, customers must report within 24 hours of delivery through our support channels.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  1. Subscription cancellations can be made through the app before the daily cut-off time.
  2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  3. Due to the perishable nature of milk, returns are not accepted unless there is a verified quality or delivery issue.
